She has over 20 years of experience leading employment law and HR compliance across global organisations, including Mattel and Amgen. Jennifer also teaches law and management as an Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law and California Lutheran University. She holds a J.D. and LL.M. from Cornell Law School.
