Linda Bergstedt is the Head of People at Circle Pharma in South San Francisco. With 28+ years of experience, she has built her entire career in human resources, guiding biotech and life sciences organizations through clinical‑stage growth, organizational redesign, and major transitions. Her work focuses on shaping culture, strengthening leadership capability, and designing environments where people are aligned, supported, and able to excel. Linda previously held HR leadership roles at Denali Therapeutics, Vifor Pharma, Graybar, and Cantel Medical. She completed her undergraduate studies at Hamline University and graduate studies at St. Catherine University, and previously served as a spokesperson for SHRM’s Body of Competency and Knowledge.
